Aryeh Finegold
President

Aryeh Finegold is the active President. Dubbed a serial entrepreneur, Aryeh Finegold has an impressive track record of nearly three decades.

Aryeh Finegold joined QualiSystems in 2007, most recently co-founded Orsus in March 1999 and served as its Chairman.

Aryeh started his career in the 1970's as an engineer at Intel's US operations and later that decade, he founded Daisy Systems. In the 1980's, Aryeh founded Mercury Interactive (NASDAQ:MERQ) and issued it to the public in 1993, serving first as CEO, then as chairman. Today, Mercury is a worldwide leader in web performance-management solutions. Aryeh's combined managerial and entrepreneurial skills have earned him an international reputation as an expert in the Hi-Tech business. Aryeh is an expert in strategic planning and building of businesses and has served on the board of directors of several corporations.

Moshe Egert
Chairman of the Board

Moshe Egert was nominated as QualiSystems active Chairman of the board on August 2009.

Prior to joining QualiSystems, Mr. Egert was the President of the Enterprise Group NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE).
During the previous two years Moshe served as an active board member and strategic consultant with several software companies, specializing in strategic planning, sales and marketing, and business development.

Mr. Egert spent 15 years with Mercury (NASDAQ:MERQ) in a variety of business and technical positions including President of the EMEA operation where he was responsible for the impressive growth and the transformation of Mercury into a leading enterprise software vendor for software test automation.

Moshe holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Lior Koriat
CEO

Lior Koriat is responsible for providing strategic leadership of QualiSystems by working with the Board of Directors and the executive management team to establish, implement and oversee the long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies of the company. Mr. Koriat was nominated as CEO in Q4 2008. Prior to this position, he held the COO position - in charge of QualiSystems day-to-day global operations, and the company's VP R&D - leading the development team.
Lior joined QualiSystems at the beginning of 2007, after having served as Founder and CEO of Intellitech Engineering Mechanical & Aviation Ltd.
Lior has over 11 years of experience in system and software engineering in the fields of Avionics, Robotics, Communication, Control, Real-Time and Embedded applications, Algorithms and Video/Audio Streaming. Lior led and managed large scale and complex technological programs, most recently focusing on programs and projects in the fields of Flight Simulators, Unmanned Ground Vehicles and C4I systems.
Lior holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Yael Yehoshua
CFO

Yael Yehoshua was appointed as QualiSystems' Chief Financial Officer in June 2010.
Yael is responsible for all financial, legal and administrative aspects of the company's global operations.
Prior to this position, she held the Director of Finance position - in charge of QualiSystems day-to-day accounting and administrative.

Yael joined QualiSystems in 2007, most recently having served as Controller of Tescom Ltd.

Yael holds a M.B.A. and Bachelor's degree with honors in Management & Economics both are from the Open University.

Gilad Chitayat 
VP Sales & Marketing

Gilad Chitayat is in charge of QualiSystems international sales and marketing activities. Gilad joined QualiSystems in 2009, most recently having served as Sales Director of Orsus Solutions.

Gilad has a proven experience in managing global sales & marketing activities, as well as in product management. He holds a Diploma in Aviation Studies and a BA degree in Computer Sciences, majoring in High-Tech Entrepreneurship, from the IDC, Herzeliya.

Edan Evantal
VP Research & Development

Edan Evantal is in charge of QualiSystems Legacy and Next Generation Platforms throughout the company's products portfolio. Edan joined QualiSystems in 2007, most recently served as a development manager in Matrix IT.

Edan has more than 10 years of experience in software development, leading large scale development teams in multi-disciplinary projects.

Edan started his career in Sibam, where he was in charge of complex technological development such as C4I and military applications.

Edan holds a bachelors degree in computer science from Tel-Aviv College.

Ariel Kuperman is Customer Delivery Vice President for QualiSystems. In this role, Ariel is in charge of Professional Services, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Training and Customer Support teams. Ariel joined QualiSystems in 2007, most recently having served as a Release Manager of NICE Systems Ltd.

Ariel has many years of experience in Managing the development, integration, testing and deployment of large scale projects. Beginning his career in ELBIT systems Ltd. as an Operational Requirements Specification Engineer and continuing as a Senior Technical Project Manager - leading projects in the fields of Flight Simulators and Embedded Real Time applications.

Ariel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Mark Russo
VP Sales North America

Mark Russo is in charge of QualiSystems' sales activities in North America. Mark joined QualiSystems in 2010, following 20 years in various sales management posts within the enterprise testing software, server and storage systems industries. Mark's professional experience includes a Sales Director position in Mercury Interactive (today HP Software) where he successfully managed and directed sales activity for 15 Western States, and was responsible for sales of testing, monitoring and IT governance solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.

Mr. Russo holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Jose State University, California.
